Overview
I increased monthly active users in successful money wallet transactions by 38.21% by enhancing visual design, graphics, and interactions, particularly through the 'Transfer Money Gift' feature, allowing users to send money as gifts. The project started with a Chinese New Year theme, which peaked in February but had low conversion rates. To enhance year-round utility, we are transitioning to a more versatile and delightful theme.

Exploration
🖌 Ideate : I designed a versatile gift envelope intended for year-round use. The design focuses on brand-representative colors that transcend specific seasons, aiming to create a lasting brand impression in the minds of users.
Process 1: Research and Draft Envelope design
To kickstart the project, I initiated the design of the 'Gift Envelope' illustration feature. This step involved adhering to our brand guidelines, ensuring alignment with the specified colors and shapes.
Process 2: Finalizing Envelope Design
Finalizing the envelope design involved selecting a shape that symbolized a money envelope, was suitable for various occasions, and aligned with the intended dimensions and placement. Additionally, I created color options for discussion with stakeholders to capture the essence of the brand.
Process 3: Mocking up Multiple Color Options for Gift Envelopes
I created mockups for various color options, allowing stakeholders to visualize how each color would look on the gift envelope.
Final design
In the final design, UI elements have been updated to align with the current design, merging seamlessly with graphic elements to enhance visualization and engagement. Additionally, improvements have been made in organizing information and UI elements for an enhanced user experience.

The outcome
One of the most significant skills I've acquired during this journey is create animation😎. One particular challenge I faced was creating a complex animation entirely on my own within a tight timeframe🥲. This experience has greatly expanded my understanding of animation techniques. Additionally, my proficiency in using illustrations has grown, and I now believe there's always room to further develop and refine my skills with various tools.
