How might we display relevant services to new users and encouraging wallet funding?
Main problems
Our research identified 2 primary problems with the old design.

1. Overwhelming services
Offers access to more than 70 financial and payment-related services. New users find the home screen overwhelming due to the extensive range of services available.
2.​Low Conversion rates
This overwhelming experience can result in new users not completing their initial transaction within the crucial 3-day window, which is essential for converting them into repeat users.

1. Display relevant services to new users
A well-organized display of relevant services can lead to higher satisfaction levels, as users can easily access the functionalities they are looking for.​
2.​Encourage new users to fund their wallet
A funded wallet encourages regular use and reduces churn rates, as users have a reason to return and engage with the app regularly.
Research finding
transactions take the lead, closely followed by engagement with rewards & promotions and bill payments. Surprisingly, advertisements, while present, receive the least attention.

Overview
I strategically reorganized the homepage into four distinct sections, each aligned with user priorities. The sections, namely transactions, rewards & promotions, and bill payment and financial features, were structured based on user frequency and preferences. This arrangement optimizes user engagement and ensures easy access to the most relevant functionalities.


Transction feature
Placing these functions at the forefront of the menu, users can quickly access.
Moving less frequently used functions like “Transfer” and “Add Friend” into a secondary menu ensures a cleaner interface without overwhelming.

This approach minimizes navigation time and supports efficient task completion.


Coin rewards feature
I have decided to move the 'complete mission' from menu to transaction area.
By locating the coin rewards in the same area as transactions, users can seamlessly check their rewards and make payments simultaneously

Positioning it next to the transaction area can create opportunities for cross service engagement.

Highlight the use of gradient icons here adds depth to draw attention to important areas, making the favorites menu more intuitive and engaging.
The 'Edit' button empowers users to personalize their favorite menu items, ensuring quick access to preferred features directly from the homepage.

This approach leading to quicker access and increased satisfaction.

Promotions feature
I designed 'Deals' cards with eye-catching images and clear discount prices, ensuring that users are immediately drawn to the most enticing promotions

This approach not only grabs attention but also highlights the value of the deals, encouraging users to explore and engage with the offers.

Bill payment & Ads
Arranging 'Financial' and 'Recommend financial services' as the lowest priority.

This not only enhances usability by minimizing clutter but also directs attention towards functionalities that users find most valuable and engaging.
